There's probably more lazy arses sponging off handouts in the North than there are in the South and I'm originally from Yorkshire, so no one can accuse me of being racist towards Northerners
Liverpool for example has 26% living off handouts (apparently) I don't know what the poplulation is of Liverpool, but that's a hell of a lot cashing their Giro's each week. Bradford has an high unemployment rate and that's a shithole, I'm originally from Brighouse a few miles away so I know what I'm talking about. And don't forget Dewsbury, think of the Shannon Matthews family, Christ almighty

Whether moving South is a practical idea or not (it would lower the house prices in the South that's for sure
) it has certain merits in getting people who do sponge off the state to move South and get a job, or at least get them working for their dole.
