I don't know if it was written for Meat, but the lyrics do seem to lean towards Jim writing it with Meat in mind.
As a duet? I'm not so sure. Jim produced the song twice and neither time was it a duet. Just like Jim produced IACBTMN twice and neither time was that as a duet either nor sung by a male. And since it's Jims song, then he should know.
