That's what I do not like about Celine Dion. She sings perfectly but she seems to lack emotion when singing. But that's something many female singers do nowadays. They apparently believe they appear emotional by shouting out the lyrics. I once saw Celine on stage together with Carole King. Technically, King is not a good singer but the soulful way in which she sings makes up for it. I really enjoyed listening to King while I considered Dion's performance rather boring.

It's a strange one but somehow funny. I often burst into laughter when seeing all those half-naked guys dancing around in the Steinman videos.
