Hey, guys, doesn't it feel like Meat didn't trust this journalist to begin with?? I mean, he didn't even tell him about his fiancee, Deborah!! Clearly, from the beginning, he must not have felt this person was someone he could speak with openly.
And, once again, Meat proved himself right, didn't he?!! From the attitude of the article, the facts the writer chose to write about, and the way in which he wrote about them shows us all too well this reporter went into the interview with a certain mindframe.
But still, it was an interesting read and I just love reading articles about Meat--both the good ones that I treasure and the bad ones I love to yell about!!
A big thank-you to Dottie for sending it to Heat and to Heat, thank you for doing all this typing!! That was a LOT of work--but very much appreciated by all of us who could not have seen this piece any other way!!
A quick question I'd like to toss out to see how you all feel about it: On the whole, after having read Meat Loaf articles over the years, do you think that male journalists or female journalists seem to write more positively about him?? Or do you think that it's been fairly evenly divided?? Just curious if anyone has given this any thought....
Love to everyone,
