I dont think its a matter of some thinking they are cut above, i think it is more that some people can't seem to see that they do the same thing, maybe little less obvious or less frequent to some but to those that dont post often it is very blatant. This site is currently being maintained by maybe half a dozen people with the odd poster in the Meat related threads. Starting to look a bit like another big Meat loaf site i think.
