Dear Tim

I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. I think we all go though periods in life when we feel like this. What Bren has said is good solid advice. To that I would add that from experience I find it is best to deal with problems rather than try to hide them or run away from them.
There are lots of little tips and strategies for dealing with stress- you may like to try some of these........

Write your thoughts/feelings down on paper, when doing this try to imagine you are clearing your body of the negativity - tie the paper to a helium balloon, go to a clear space and let the balloon. Watch it drift away taking all your negativity and anger with it.

If a particular person is annoying or hurting you find a small little figure/toy person, imagine this figure is the person in question. Place this behind the toilet- sit it on the pipes for the outlet. Every time you flush the toilet you have the satisfaction of knowing you are sending all your crap on to your annoyance!

Sit on the edge of a bath, with you feet inside. Fill the bath with water to just above your ankles. Now you have to look inside your self and picture all your anger and frustration. Does it have a colour? Imagine that you have a tap on your ankles. You need to open these taps on your ankles and picture your anger flowing out of your body and into the water, now let the water out of the bath and watch your anger flow away. You can also do this is you sit with your feet in a stream or in the sea.

When everything is bottled up like this you need to be a bit selfish and make sure you have some “ME” time. Take time out to indulge yourself, you are important and need to do things just for you from time to time.

Aunty Sin i hope you didn't mind me replying, but i can't ignore a plea for help from a friend in distress.
Of course not Bren! This is what we are all about. I think it's fantasic the way everyone is so supportive here and how we really have become a community.
