Yesterday I took the plunge and bought the Special 2 disc Shake & Shimmy Edition of
Hairspray and I was up till a little after six watching the extra bits and I think my highlight has to be seeing the cast in the recording studio and they had a clip of John doing his;
#Hey Tracy, Hey baby, Look at me
I'm the cutest chickie that you ever did see.#
Loved that bit though it was weird see him sing that not in costume but I still have stacks loads to get through and I also loved the deleted scenes and Tracy's number that was cut from the film is a beautiful track.
So yes love it
