When listening to this song my mind has usually gone very quickly elsewhere (like what shall I have for dinner?) but when Meat sings the following verse towards the end I am then brought back to the music again.

In the evening of their lives
No regrets and clear blue skies
They meet again in old New York
He tells her one sweet lie

To me this seems to be a wonderfully written verse and delivered beautifully by Meat.

Unfortunately one verse does not a great song make and the rest is quite dreary and does not hold my attention at all. I'll give it 5/10
