Offcourse i'm gonna answer your question. You are a very very nice person, which i love very much. Your problem is my problem.
You don't like heat, i can understand, don't like it myself either. But still, we have to deal with it. If you can accept it, then a part of your problme is solved.
But some other solutions are:
- go sitting in your fridge
- eat a lot of icecream
- drink thea or coffee or other hot drinks.... so your body don't have to adjust the temperture again.
- put a fan or cooler in your room
- keep doors and windows shut and create shadow if you still want to be outside
Well, a couple of things that you can do. Let me know it they worked out.
