Made in USA - and was purchased at the Bat out of Hell 2 concert in Glasgow 1993 or 1994.

Now were they expecting those who paid to go and see him, sneak out just for a bit of something...?

I don't think there ever is an easy way to describe a condom !!!
Though letting the byer know it's in mint conditon and has never been used... OK I'll stop now
