Not sure about the US, but I know that here in the UK a lot of these New Years eve shows are pre recorded
As in not actually done on New years eve lol. Just as when Meat was on Ian Wright in 99 it went out on Boxing Day and they made out like it was boxing day but it was actually recorded ealrier in the month. So MAYBE it wont be NYE after all
