I personally never knew the word "binnenspiegel" but called it always "achteruitkijkspiegel". The first time I heard the first word was when I learned to drive a car. The teacher used that word to make a difference between the mirror inside the car ("binnenspiegel") and the mirror outside the car by the door ("buitenspiegel")
For the foreign readers who are really confused about this post: the dutch word is "achteruitkijkspiegel" but in "Brabo-land"where Guppie comes from they use "binnenspiegel"
