I found this on several sites - all with different names for the recording - so perhaps a bootleg. But it does appear that there was a recording done by someone for something on September 18th, 1993 at the Hudson Theatre in New York. Who did the recording and what it was used for are unclear.

This is just a sample from one site I found:

Another live album released following the success of Bat Out of Hell II. This one recorded in New York on 15 September 1993 and released on picture disc by Vampire. It has the same tracks in the same order as Live Out of Hell, listed above.

I'd do anything for love (but I won't do that) (live)
You took the words right out of my mouth (live)
Two out of three ain't bad (live)
Life is a lemon and I want my money back (live)
Objects in the rearview mirror may appear closer than they are (live)
Bat out of hell (live)
Paradise by the dashboard light (live)
