I don't think the Dead Ringer movie is available for rental or purchase anywhere. As far as I know, it has only shown at a couple of film festivals. Meat talks about it in his biography.

Someone on the Dream Pollution message board (or associated list) should be able to tell you more about the More Than You Deserve musical.
