Tim, I think you are correct about "Sex God in concert" - it is an official bootleg of the Cardiff show.
It is however a little annoying that they have made so many different issues of the Cardiff show???? (Cardiff is a great concert, don't get me wrong).
I own the "Anything To Live" silver CD set - very nice picture discs and gothic artwork. It is Cardiff as well.
