I have sent you two mails to your registered email address.
Can you please verify how many emails (and which one) you have received.
However, the notification system is definetly working fine and your problems are most likely caused by some of Yahoo's anti spam measures. I'd recommend using a different email provider. PM me a non-yahoo email address and I'll make the changes for you.
