At this time, Ted Neely (from Jesus Christ SuperStar) was a part of the Neverland Express. He came out to the mike and began to sing the song. The other members of the band, including Pam Moore, who was Meat's female singer at the time, joined in as well. Meat did NOT sing any of it.

Sorry that I don't have a lot of specifics. I believe it was originally written for Jim's play "Neverland." At least, it certainly sounds as though it was. But I'm sure someone will come along here who WILL know more about it than I. :)
