Certainly.
They are all by Michael Whelan. The front cover was commissioned as a new piece for the album, and the others in the booklet are all pieces from his back catalogue (that had been used for other things in the past, such as the front covers of novels etc).
Michael Whelan also did The Very Best of Meat front cover (another new one, specially for the CD).

It isn't the most elegant site in the world but the gallery section is kinda cool.
I'm sure there are online art merchants that sell some of the items that others might be aware of, if anyone else can help.
