Indeed you can't call it a song. But why can't you rate a poem? And, i think those things are a reaction on or a sort of a sequel on a song.
For some reason i think Nocturnal Pleasure belongs by Peel Out. Don't know why, but in this case i would see it as a reaction on a song.
