To me Storytellers is more like a documentary, not a concert, and it's great just to sit back and relax, watching / listening to Meat tell the stories about the songs. Meat's got a great sense of humor, and it really shines through during the entire show. If I want to watch a true Meat Loaf concert, I watch the MSO DVD  The two DVDs compliment each other perfectly.

I agree...can't view Storytellers as a concert...more like documentary/interview...which is completely different genre from his concerts...different...but not worse as far as I am concerned...
