I did however see "For Crying out Loud" mentioned in some set lists from the Best of tour in '99. These must have been only partly performed versions then?

I'm not sure about the Very Best Of Tour .. but I heard he also sang (at least part of it) during the Storytellers tour in the U.S.
I just wish I had been there to see it.
