Just had to tell you this.....sooooo annoyed!!!!
I was listening to Swansea Sound, our local radio station, when Anything For Love came on - fantastic, i said, and turned it up!!!
Imagine my mortification when after the song finished, Andrea Faye, the DJ said ' Yes, that was Meat Loaf...you know, the big fat guy - Rick Waller's bigger older brother'!!!!!!!
For those of you that haven't heard of Rik Waller - he's a bloke that was in Pop Idol, but they kicked him out as he weighs 30 stone +!!!!
I immediately rang swansea sound, and got through to Miss Faye, and duly imformed her that Meat has never ever been as big, weight wise, as Rik Waller, and that if she took the time to find out she would see that Meat has lost a load of weight in the last few years and is actually looking pretty good!!!
She then apologised on air - and played 2 out of 3 for me
