I've couldn't find it also in Holland, so I've bought it in Germany.
Sadly I can't view the clip of CHSIB. I'm afraid that my cd is defective, cause I can view the video's on the Limited album version which is also an Extended CD.
My mediaplayer and explorer (verkenner for the Dutch speaking people) both don't recognise the mpg file. Very strange and sad.
