I'm paying 32 Ausie$ for the CD/DVD which is certainly more than the plain CD, hence calling it a bonus DVD is just fooling the people.
And I still feel that they should have got Meat Loaf - Live with the MSO on a double CD pack which would give the fans more options such as listening to it in cars and so on. The DVD restricts you to a lot of things.
