For a decent horror movie that's good fun too, the "Scream" trilogy takes some beating. Each installment gets funnier and less scary, but they are all great popcorn horror films.
Similarly, Final Destination 1 and 2, and I Know What You Did Last Summer and it's sequel, I STILL Know What You Did Last Summer (thank GOD for copy and paste
), are "post modern" horror films in the same funny / scary vein.
