I think, that in that department, nothing can beat Guns N Roses' video for November Rain.
Others: The S&M version of Metallica's Nothing Else Matters, and well, that's pretty much all I can remember.

But personally I think that the videos of Is Nothing Sacred and Who Wants To Live Forever are pretty, well, mediocre at best. Nothing spectacular or so.
