Help!! Make Carl come to Wembley!

Just spoke to Carl, and it would be possible for him to attend the 25th Wembley show.

Help me to persuade him!
Give him reasons why he should come.
HE still needs a ticket for 25th and somewhere to stay (and the decision to come at all...lol)

sign this petition thread and persuade him to come! *Punch*

Lord Kagan 24 Apr 2007 22:30

A levels or Meat show... Damit....

batcity 24 Apr 2007 22:38

*punch* I say c'mon Carl what to got to lose, at least with a concert you'll be able to ROCK!!!

LucyK! 24 Apr 2007 22:41

I shall play Angel and Devil...

The Devil in me would say s***e to exams and get to Meat Loaf. It's the one we're all gonna be at, and while we're having fun in London you'll be sat on here wondering what you're missing, and won't have a clue what we're on about in threads after Wembley...and if this is Meat's last tour you're not going to have the chance to do this again...

Angel would think cash - you need a concert ticket, a hotel room for that night is 90 pounds, return journey, plus cash to eat, drink and generally live for the few days you're away....you do the math!

duke knooby 24 Apr 2007 22:41

you must go, you'll regret not going

Lord Kagan 25 Apr 2007 00:00

...... Really wanna go....... Damit......

tinkerbell 25 Apr 2007 00:43

If you don't know ur stuff now for ur 'A' levels, ur screwed, so u may as well come and enjoy Wembley.
Would be cool to meet u............eh, i think

duke knooby 25 Apr 2007 00:45

night before still works for A levels.. just not as well as for gcse's

Hypnobabe 25 Apr 2007 12:49

Can't help agreeing with Lucy, you'll regret it if you don't do it, much like I regretted not staying after RAH, and besides, we'll need someone to occupy RJ!!!

 Dude, you dumb as shoit, ain't no way in hell you gonna pass those A levels, so why not have one good night at a Meat Loaf concert before you go spend the rest of your life flipping burgers at McDonalds

Sorry fella, couldn't resist that one :lmao:

It would be great to see you if you can make it  , and this might well be the last meet up of it's kind at a ML concert.

I can understand your concerns about A levels though.
NOTHING is worth throwing your future away over.

End of the day, if you think you have prepared enough, and you can honestly say there is no more you can do, then come to the concert.

If there IS something that is left undone, then give your exams priority.

AndyK 25 Apr 2007 14:49

Come to Wembley, or we have to be nice to RJ.

That was very good advice, Neil...

mszee 25 Apr 2007 17:00

Come, Carl...Neil is very right...read his post very carefully and please consider coming...

I am sure there is a spare ticket floating around if Jonty ain't coming...;)

Over to Jonty in re: ticket...

I take exception to Ireland sucks thing...

I've never been there and I ain't Irish...BUT...this is wrong...

Since your school is over it's easy for you to decide...I am sure Carl knows how much we want him to come and how much we would like to see him...BUT...let it be his decision at the end of the day...

jayde_meatfan4life 25 Apr 2007 19:05

come on carl....you can resit your A levels but you can't miss a Meat Loaf consent

SW31 26 Apr 2007 01:58

carl just get yourself here you'll have at least 2 days to revise before next exam youd be a fool to miss it.& it could be the last.(oh my god did i just say last one) so cmon carl were waiting

SamCat 26 Apr 2007 12:00

I thought you were gonna actually miss an exam if you came!! Dont you think it was meant to be given the 5 day gap in between the 2 exams!!

Hypnobabe 26 Apr 2007 12:03

Ooh, ooh, the other thing is think of all the intelligent people who'll be there and could (please note use of the word COULD) help you revise...?

mszee 26 Apr 2007 14:59

Oh fine...bring your books with you and we will take turns tutoring you...ummm...did I just say THAT???

Me excluded, of course...I am a :retard:

AndyK 26 Apr 2007 15:01

Ummm...don't think we're talking about THAT kind of tutoring...I am sure most of us excel at that...

vrg 26 Apr 2007 19:19

You have to go, Carl. A ticket will be found for you, I'm certain.
You have 5 days until the next exam.
The US group is planning some mini-reunions over here during the second US leg, but they won't compete with the group coming together for Wembley, which just with RJ going, includes more than were at RAH. With you there, too, that bolsters it up even more.
Hey, UKers, there are mini-gatherings planned for Orlando (left over from April postponement), MSGs, (whoever can make it back) and now forming for Cleveland for August 9th. Please join us and/or return to your original plans and come to the makeup date(s).

djfierce 26 Apr 2007 20:35

Carl since you are not gonna miss an exam and will have time to revise a bit more before the next then i think you should come :) it would be nice to see you.

just think of it as a reward for all you hard work in the exams ;)

Lord Kagan 26 Apr 2007 22:10

Thanks everyone for the nice things, But money etc is gonna be hard to get for this so sadly I wont be going. Thanks RJ for starting the thread an to all whove posted in it.

I doubt all the "smart people" going would have Religion, History and Biology degrees, But I may be wrong, Its happend a few times. Plus Ive a few exams after the 5 day gap so I,ll probably need to work for the majority off it.

Thanks again RJ, and everyone whove posted in here.
