Usually it's a subforum of off-topic or even a separate forum. I haven't seen one...maybe I am wrong...

i think it was a thread cos i remember seeing it a couple of months after joining lol it then seemed a bit pointless to put myself on there ;)

EXACTLY...I haven't even seen it...because thread falls down and disappears unless it stickied...sub-forum and forum you can see right from the index - more noticable and always up.

Between us Rainer and I have merged and stickied the new members thread in Off Topic. Forum teamwork at it's best :))
