Cologne Concert On The Radio
 

Just finished listening to Meat's Cologne concert on WDR2 radio on the net. Now I know for sure everything I'd been told about it was true! I've never heard Meat sound so powerful and holding the notes so long. It was a sensational performance. :D

The NLE were as great as ever & Paul Crook played some blinding guitar solos. A pretty incredible debut performance from him! 8)

Now I really couldn't be more excited about Amsterdam on the 23rd. My flights are booked!

I heard most of it too. My mediaplayer got disconnected every 30 sec., did anyone else have the same problem?
I love Meat Loaf because I truly feel that 'this is as real as it gets'.
Tonight was a good example of that.

Diane, we are all in the first rows. I am the bald guy and i will be singing during the concert and i just can't sing. :wink:

When/where was this show broadcast? Is it archived anywhere that I could go back and listen?

About 2 weeks ago I think. Don't think german radio archives their broadcasts.

Thats too bad, did anyone actually get a good tape of it? I'd love to hear it !!

I tried to record it by realplayer, but it couldn't detect the stream or wahtever, dunno. So no, mebbe someone else :)
