Yeah that is one of Stienman's added lyrics to Bonnie's version of Gettin' So excited. He changed a number of the lyrics to fit the album / him better.

Coincidently, that is actually Jim delivering those lines in the song, just like the "lascivious female noises" on Paradise. Ahhhh Jim's a man of many hidden talents...
