Different CD versions for Couldn't Have Said It Better?

On Amazon.com.uk they have 1 version of Couldn't Have Said It Better. In the description, it's listed as one 1 cd and contains the following 16 tracks :

On Amazon.com.de, they show 3 different versions of the cd :
(1) listed as a UK import and is a single CD
(2) listed as (I) Couldn'T Have Said It Bett from Polydor and is a single CD
(3) listed as Couldn'T Have Said It Better ([DOPPEL-CD]) from Polydor and is 2 CDs

They don't list the tracks on the CDs on the German site, so I wonder what the difference is between the single and double CD versions? According to both sites, all of the versions will be available on March 31st !!

I love the live versions on the UK CD !! Not too much longer :))

On www.bol.com (dutch online shop) they show 2 versions. A normal one and a special edition. What's different on the special edition then? That simply means you get the bonus tracks?
