AUSSIE! AUSSIE! AUSSIE! OI! OI! OIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:D |
Even in the Meatie world I can't get rid of this **** World Cup:evil:
ARGH! Living in Germany as a non-soccer-fan is really a hard task at the moment:roll: |
well I can't get rid of it either with a small coutry called the Netherlands..
HOLLAND HOLLAND... |
I'm cheering England on but I don't think we'll get anywhere!

Scotland! Scotland!
(woops, wait a minute we didn't even qualify....AGAIN!) :-( |
We will lend you Rooney if ya like. ( apparently he can win it on his own :bleh: )
|
I'm quite looking forward to it all. I'll be supporting England all the way.
|
The most bets on the net say
finale: Germany vs. Brazil and Brazil wins :-(:nuts::nuts:??? |
|
I'm going to see if I can improve on how much I saw on TV during the last World Cup..... I inadvertantly walked into the living room when one of the matches was on last time, so caught a glimpse of it for a few seconds. This time round, I have absolutely no intention of watching even a second of it. Bores me rigid.
|
P.S. That was going to be my one and only post on the subject, but I forgot to put that!!
|
Germany won't win. Not a hope to be honest.
Personally I thing Sven might be in with a chance this year but i am abit surprised by some of his choices. Picking an unknown like Theo Walcott is a bit of gamble to my mind. After all, Walcott has another 3 world cups in him yet. Still, we shall see. Incidentally, i shall be watching the England matches in our local pub alongside one of the winners of the 1966 World Cup. |
Germany wonīt got Kahn as keeper, itīll be Lehmann (I think even people from england know him:)) )
But I think Kahn is the better cup-keeper. We got somebody from Borussia Dortmund who has never been to a cup before. But I think Germany will win in the opening match, and in EVERY other match too. |
But Kahn was dropped for letting too many goals in.
(Have Adidas still got the great big Kahn billboard over the autobahn on the approach from the airport!) |

Sure, he wasnīt in such a good shape the last time, but heīs such a player who grows in the time of a big cup. Think of WC (stupid abbrev. I know) 2002. |
Italy Italy Italy :cheer:
I'm always for Italy lol, nobody with me? :bleh: :D :)) |
So, letīs start the bets please:
Matches on 9 June: Germany vs. Costa Rica Poland vs. Ecuador |
Germany will beat Costa Rich and Poland should beat Ecuador

Wayne Rooney has said that he'll play in the world cup for England if he gets a Cortizone Injection ... David Beckham has said that he's not going to play unless he gets a new car as well.

:D OLEE OLE OLE OLEEEE... |

Oh, i forgot, You canīt: HOLLAND WASN`T EVEN ABLE TO QUALIFY!:twisted::twisted: ("Ohne Holland fahrīn wir zur WM, Ohne Holland fahrīn wir zur WM!) |
