This may be old news, but I can't see it anywhere.

Apparently, Meat will be in the second episode of Masters Of Horror, it is called Pelts, and will be made by Dario Argento, script by Matt Venne.

Meat is currently on location filming the episode for Masters Of Horror.
F Paul Wilson, who wrote the original story, was there for the first couple of days, and posted about talking to Meat in his online blog. Here's the direct link if you want to check it out :

I don't know if will be shown in the UK or not ....
but it'll probably be released on DVD after it airs. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long :-)
