The exception to this was rhe year Halle berry won when her speech (consisting of thank you repeated as nauseum) dragged the average fdown to that of a ten year old!

I watched it and thought it was complete and utter B0LL0cks, from the host to the presenters to the winners (apart from Wallace & Gromit)
