Hello just introducing myself
 

Hello everyone, My name is Grace,
First time I have ever posted on here. I tend to go on Rockman Record 'Coz I'm a huge Jim fan, but Love Meat Loaf too. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everyone, and hope to talk with other like minded Meat Loaf fans. Sorry to hear the payment side of this club is closing, but very pleased this site will still be here. :D

Hope to talk lots of all things Meat Loaf, I've been a fan since I was 5 years old a Long time. Steinman's music I fell in love with his loud and yet beautiful touching songs, Meat just blows me away. I saw Meat for the first time when I was 19, at the NEC in B'ham, and he totally rocked. ;)

Hey Leah, Yeah we are!!!! This is one of the best sites for Meat! It Rock's strangely enough my first ever visit here though. Hope to chat with lots of Meat Loaf fans.

This is so well designed this site, I like it alot. I can't believe how lucky I was getting that interview with Zachary Throne!! MLUKFC defnately Rocks!

Yup prbably see you on RR! Though I tend to hardly ever post there, I'm not interested in getting caught up in some of the fisty-cuffs that oftenly take place! Much more of a peaceful gal!!

Not a member of MeatLoaf.net yet though I think I will join at some point.

I absolutley love this site though, and feel much more at home here and being a member of a great community. (I'm singing everyones praises here!)

I've just began posting on the Rockman again after about a two year break from it! I post as Catherine on there, and I've known Duncan since we met on there two years ago. I haven't been on the rockman for so long as people began to annoy me, but you're a wonderful breath of fresh air! Glad to see you on here, now, too :D

Forgot aswell, I like the Rockman Record, but I think Jim might be annoyed if he knew of the insults and all the as you said ''Fisty cuff' people take things too seriously, it's about fun and being passionate about something, for us it's Meat Loaf!!!!

Yeah whenever I go on there, I always end up disapointed because like you say, its a place to talk about jim and the things were passionate about but instead you get people there that are toatally biased and I think 'whats the point in posting?' because i'm probaly going to get a sarcastic comment at some point, and that'll spark someone else off so in the end I just read and not post.
And I hope that if ever Jim does read that messageboard, that he doesn't think were all like that. I 110% worship Jim and I do Meat too. I couldn't possibly put one down over the other. Theyre both My Gods!!

I think Jimwould be annoyed though reading some of the posts is really stoopid. But hey, I'm here and Loving Mlukfc.com wish I had this place when I was younger, been a fan since I was 5 years old the first thing I said was ''I like it it's loud'' Loved it ever since.

I agree Meat and Jim mean as much as each other. i never really understood the fan riverly between Meat or Jim fans.

I know it's early on but I want to get Jim an online B'day card, or something to send who's interested in helping me and any ideas on how to do this. I know Jacqueline may help, if I have enough people helping that would be so cool :
I'm a computer spatz, so I need help with this one, even my brother Nick had to show me how to go on Msm!!!! :lol:
Who thinks this is a cool idea? Who wants to help! A bit early I know but someone from RR reckons it's a cool idea. Meat has his done, so we should really celebrate Jim's B'day too. Meat's is Sept 10th I thin Jim's is Nov time Lol!

As you can see I love Meat Loaf and Jim as much as you do! Wish I had this fan club when I was 6!!!!

This is much better on here than the Rockman Record, at least you can talk all things Meat and not get shouted down and there's no harrassment going on, it's something Meat would Love to see. Does he ever post on here?

Just got an e-mail from one of Zach's band member's well a tribute band singer and says he's gonna tell Zach and remind me of him and ask for any more news. Apprently I think this is true, Zachary is working alongside Pearl's band Mother Pearl! We think! How cool is that Meat might have given him a job, he did walk in on the Meat Loaf movie and said ''That guy has Steinman down''. ;)

Any of you like that movie, I Love it. Pls Fireball get back to me Ah! Dreams** :lol:

Isn't it the best feeling in the world to mail one of you hero's and have that faint glimmer of hope in your heart that they just might reply back? :D :D

This may sound slightly untrue but I had a dream about 1 month ago that I mailed 3 people all of which have something to do with Meat, Of course Meat was one of them and I dreamt that they all replied to me!!!
So on that note I emailed Kasim and Paul Crook and they BOTH emailed me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't begin to tell you what I felt like!!!! I was bouncing of the walls!!!

The only thing im waiting for now is for Meat to reply to the 'PM' that i sent him and then my dream will have come true fully!!! :D

In the movie about Meat, his dad was mean to him, he tried and he's achieved sooooh much through him being a really gifted actor, passionate/gifted singer''. He just the coolest, Oh! yeah and Jim they both Rock....

Thanks for the e-mail Leann. I was so sad about the paid fan club going I even thought of running a fanzine for Meat to keep a community, but now this site is still up it's cool.

What did you all think of the new DVD Meat Loaf Bat Out Of Hell Live in Melborne? I thought he gave one of his best ever performances! :cool:

I sometimes look around the paid fanclub...don't like to pay for it or to see some pictures that when you search on the web can be found for free..
and think it's to expensive $ 40,- a year.. and when you want a meet and greet to pay 400,-:shock: ...hhmmm thats way to much..

I've a lot of fun around here..so..

and about the DVD live in Melbourn..
