22. Don't You Look At Me Like That

This is the START OUT OF HELL & ARRIVE TO HEAVEN topic.
Let's Go to Rock 'n' Roll!!!!!!!

Dont You Look At Me Like That (8)

I think this is a great song! great love song lyrics, great music, a beautiful song. I think that ML and Dale Krantz Rossington sing well together.

This should have been a hit!

I give it an 8

Michel 19 Oct 2002 15:23

A good powefull song. Simple lyrics, but good music.

Not my favourites, but I will give it a: 6

Aren't We forgetting a song (Priscilla)???????????

Tim 19 Oct 2002 16:35

A nice song, nice music and funny lyrics, although i think it had to be a sad song.

An 7

Puritan 19 Oct 2002 21:33

In my opinion this is the best song by far on Midnight At The Lost And Found. I have always felt this was one of the few tracks on the album on which Meat was able to show some passion in his performance. There may be a temptation to overrate it because some of the others on the album are so mediocre but I'll give it a 9 nonetheless

And yes Dale Krantz Rossington and Meat do sing well together - it is a shame they did not do a little more work together

White of High 26 Oct 2002 23:20

8O
Meatles! I'm a little bit angry!!!!

I hope you won't do this anymore.

Well I think it's not more than a song. It isn't so bad and it isn't so good. A song from more song. I think we have listened better meat's ballad before.

My score: 5

Average: 7.41 (118.5/16)

I am sorry, I didn't realize that you did all of these "Start Out Of Hell and Arrive in Hell" posts!? Can't everyone take part in this?

 This is a nice duet.
Apart from his Meat Loaf & Stoney days, this is Meat's first duet ballard.
Dale and Meat compliment each other well and it is a shame that they didn't do more work together.
It's a very soft song that still has the occasional strong note and the lyrics are good.
7.5/10 Start it again.

Ben 05 May 2003 20:24

a great duet sung with pasion. 8/10

Roddyboy 05 May 2003 22:46

very good ballad and one of the few good songs on the album - the album is in general the worst of all the albums he has made....

I give the song 10/10

Peat Loaf 05 May 2003 23:04

So you don't rate Meat as a song writer then ???

What do you mean by that?

Peat Loaf 06 May 2003 00:11

Meat Co wrote most of the the album :)

Roddyboy 06 May 2003 00:19

I see but that wasn't what I meant. But well Meat is better of singing than writing songs. But he has done two good songs on Blind Before I Stop-album and that is Execution Day and One More Kiss.

On the Midnight At The Lost And Found-album I like: Promised Land, Don't You Look At Me Like That and Fallen Angel. Three songs of 10... the rest of the songs are not very good in my opinion I can honestly say that I have during these past 8 years I have had the album I have only played it at the most 5 times. That says something doesn't it?

Peat Loaf 06 May 2003 01:10

I think it is a vaststly underated album and in my opinion suffers the way it has done beeing the first none jim album and there was far to much expectations of what it should have been like but hey each to there own :)
