Rob Vs. The Music
Right. . .what is so good about H.I.M.?
I don't get it. Bad production, nasty vocals, derivitive melodies. How do bands like this get popular? Can anyone explain the appeal of such a band? And the Evanescence fans never gave me an answer. And seeing as they're both the same sort of band, you can tell me here. N.B. Before I get pounced on by all the H.I.M. and Evanescence fans, I'm proffesing my hatred of the band, not you for liking them. |

There a swedeish band that do rock music. They do a gothic kind of post- grunge. (Thats what my older brother said) we don't really listen to them in my house! well i don't. I just stick to what I know!! |
I'm about to buy a HIM album cuz I heard they were good.
As for Evanessence, although they don't psych me as much as others, such as Steinman & Meat's work, I like listening to the kind of music it is. I like her voice, although its not as strong as others, I like it. I like how they have this dark rock, sometimes soft sound with a female voice, I rarely hear that. It does make me happy, the mood the song gives off, I discover then I go into the mood of the song, and make a story of it. That is why I love CHSIB so much! :D I would like to know how, Simple Plan became popular :? Them, and that William Hung guy from American Idol. He now has a music video that is about to premiere within the next half hour. 4:25PM my time on Ryan Secrest. The guy may even get a record deal! I swear if he sells more than CHSIB, I gave up on today's music more than I have now. With an exception of a very few amount of bands. |
