How many CHSIB sold?

Hello,
Does anyone know how many CHSIB cd have sold worlwide?
And is it the single or entire cd?

Meat wrote that 1,000,000 copies have been sold. A while back (i believe last summer) there were 500,000 copies sold in Europe.
