Boring school
 

Hey I thought i might sneek on while im in my IT lesson because I'm way ahead of everyone with my coursework and I'm bored!! Its all too easy!! 8)

I can't use the shout box on these crappy computers so I have posted here instead!!

Sherrie I don't blame you for coming on here while kids are busy!! What age group do you teach or is it like all different year groups?

I am a school librarian for 11 to 13 year olds, which in America are in grades 6 to 8. I also do computer lessons with them, which is when I get to visit here! It's an interesting age, to say the least. :lol:

school, is rather boring here too, but i give some of the teacher's credit, because some of them make you wanna learn

You're at school to learn, get some bl**dy learning done.

As a tax payer I resent my hard earned readies being spent to allow you to have fun, you're lucky my girl, in my day we had no PCs and no internet. We had to make our own fun, (like getting banned from the library every day, or hiding teachers cars, or sneaking dry ice into all the toilet cisterns)

RSG- that is the nicest thing you could ever say to a teacher. Make sure they know how you feel. The good ones aren't in it for the pay (in the States, there's no money to be "in it" for), they are there to ignite a love of learning in students.

Me of course! I never everswapped all the fly leaves oin the hard back books over so people thought they'd picked one book to read only to find it wass another when they opened it, I never stacked all the chairs and tables in a corner to prevent people from sitting down, and I never .... oh best not repeat that one, just incase, but nobody saw me do it you can't prove anything. It's a wonder I am where I am in life today really considering what I did get up to :twisted:

Thanks NT 8), I meant every word 8) and I will be sure to tell Mr. Court that tomorow. :P (mr court, is my english teacher, tomorow, he is taking us to the jewish museum.

I'm lucky because I've known my school librian since i was a little tyke because its my old friends mum! She's really nice! I'm going to be a librarian soon!!! For my work experience i'm off to the central library in town!! I liek looking at all the music and films they have there!! You never know I might get a saturday job there!!


I know your sort Andy!! Tut Tut Tut!! We have worse people in my school though!! I'm not a boff but they really annoy me when they just shout at teachers and give them greif!! I hope you wasn't one of those people who just go around saying i can't be bothered and then people say what if you fail and they just simply say no!! Grrr that does my head in!! I hate it when some people just say they don't care about there future etc etc!! They just suck!!

Anyway.................................................i'm gonna go and calm myself down!!! lol :oops: :wink:
