CHSIB is read only access. You need to send a PM to R to get write access.

Hi don't worry that forum was set up to help the US CHSIB promo push - the ideas are valid all over and for any release any input is welcome by all all anyone needed to do to have access to post rather than read only was to PM R. with a request and he linked you to be able to post in that forum

Thanks I was just thinking maybe you had to wait a certain while after you joined before you gained rights to post on all forums :D
