Well, is it English humor?

Because if i translate it in Dutch, it's a normal sentence, so.....

Worry not - the duality of meaning of many words is a source of endless humour to Brits.......is this lack of understanding the basis of the oft-repeated statement that continentals lack a sense of humour?

We dutch have a great sense of humour, i think this European continent has a great sense of humour. I mean, look what's happening around here, it's just humour. :D

No, what i mean is that you English people have a strange humour, but it's funny, like fawlty towers or bottom. Strange, but great humor. :P
