Has anyone else noticed how odd the electricity ahs been this summer?!?!?

First we get a massive power cut across America because a tree has supposedly fallen across a line!!

Not much later, London is crippled after a power cut.

And then this weekend, Italy has a huge power cut after a tree falls onto a swiss exporting line!!!

Is it me or does this imply some sort of huge conspiracy going on!!!!?????!!!!

If i am not here for a while, you will know I am onto something and they are trying to shut me up!!

yes, the thought had occured to me that these massive outtages were not all accidents. I mean, are there not safeguards to protect the entire grid from going down?
If you ask me, it's the gov. way of saving major money (you wouldn't believe how much money they saved in the brief days following the outtage) ALSO- the rich areas in Toronto were restored several days before the poor areas (where I live) coincidence? I think not!!!
