Suggestion for Meat and the board
 

Sorry about being away.

I have had an idea for this board and if I had missed something I'm sorry.

What about a sports board for discussion of sporting events of either US or UK origin.We all know meat is a yankee fan and is I guess is becoming a UK football fan.We all know he could use it to complain about an american football.After all,He is a cowboy fan! (Just kidding,Meat) :D

Anyway,if I have metioned an idea that's already been touched on,I apologize.


Meat,please take it easy.This is two health problems this summer.Thankfully,minor but still........ If you want to take it easy this fall go ahead.You could have one big blowout tour leading up to next september.

That reminds me,what about a retirement show in Dallas,Meat? At either Texas Staduim or wherever it is that the mavericks play.Just another idea..


Take care all,I have to go to pittsburgh and see after my grandma for a couple of weeks as she getting to the point where she needs a place where she can be assisted full time.We have a assisted living place here in town so we hope she'll come this way.

I'll second that ! My sister and her husband live right outside of Dallas, and that would give me a good excuse to go visit them again :))

Perhaps that is a good idea. However, I do recall someone starting a topic about Hartlepool (spelling?) which is a sports team in the UK that Meat supports. You can of course start topics under Off Topic about anything you want.

Don't like the idea. Why??
That is simple.. it is just again the UK and the USA... and i think you will lock out the rest of the people that are here on the forum. And there are allready sport forums around on the net.

And it bothers me a lot that the UK and USA are allways in the picture... cause they think they are superb and great... and they are NOT!!!!

No worries :D .
R. and the other mods will tell you that I frequently bombard them with silly ideas for the forums :oops: .
The way I look at it is,if you have 100 ideas and only 1 is good it's been worth it :wink: .
