The one Wario posted is the one I always listen to now. It gives me the CHILLS even NOW hearing Meat saying: "FROM BAT 3....!" Back then I really thought it WOULD be the Bat 3 with Steinman writing (I wouldn't even have minded if someone like Paul had produced it I guess. I just wanted all Steinman songs.)

Actually your video is from the show in Bonn on 6-6-2005.
Mine is from Hannover, three days prior to that.

Not sure but I believe that the audio is from Hamburg and the video is indeed from Bonn :D

Always liked this version just purely for being able to see Meat performing it. And love the fact you can tell it is early days for the song when he almost mistimes his cue and smiles to himself when he catches it. It's like watching someone in the process of perfecting their craft.

This is sort of how it sounded on the album at first !! It was wrong !!! You had to feel the hurt and Pain the character was feeling !! If not it means nothing !! M

Meat, Bonn wasn't bad, but Rastatt and Mainz 2 1/2 weeks later were stunning!

I was going to say I'm guessing for those who wanted to hear what the "perfect" vocal would have sounded like on Braver, these versions were it.

I think also linking into the pain thing, it would have been hard to make it work with Break It once the rock version of the opening comes in towards the end. In a way, being two separate pieces give two completely different visions.
