It's a part from TV Program "The Return of Meat Loaf: Dead Ringer Tour". Full version it's about 42 minutes long if I remeber correctly.

I know he will correct me if I am wrong but if memory serves me right I am sure I have seen the full version of that on Wario's YouTube channel. Not sure if it was on the current channel or his old one though.

It's not a concert, it's a documentary. I've got it somewhere in my collection.

Yes but within the documentary are clips from the Dead Ringer tour rehearsal. I believe the whole thing was filmed.

Than it's a real treasure and I don't have it.

It is off my vhs copy, flickers and all. They seem to have edited out some of it in this version.

I'd love to see the FULL doc...if anyone can point me to it. It's interesting
