Never heard this one before, just found out! The soundtrack of a movie in 1986 called Trashin. Could have fit perfectly in a Miami Vice episode as well I guess.
Has this song been released on a B-side single from Meat or so?

I dont know who posted this, but this was one of the reasons WarioLoaf2D got suspended (I got a copywrite strike from a video company).

Whats even more bizarre is this is my old WarioLoaf2D video, so someone saved it and reuploaded. Surprised its up still and the uploader hasnt gotten striked yet. By their channel they have FULL MOVIES on it :O

but its great more fans can discover it which is the whole point. The whole point is to see Fans like Tina, who probably are listening to stuff like this the first time, be able to enjoy stuff like this. That is always the best reward and the whole friggen point :)
