Can We Get a Kindle Edition of all CarylB's Posts?

been looking through the archives..... we just need a book of all Caryl's posts on here.

Who's with me?

kathymja 14 May 2013 10:10

I'd read that.

Meat needs a book of Caryl's posts to keep him feeling good when he's down :D I can't say I've met someone always brimming with such a positive attitude :-)

If we had a Kindle edition of all of your posts we could have a chapter dedicated to Masculine alone. The section on polls could be subdivided into:
  • Oh a poll again, how boring. Oh well here goes...
  • Why would you ask that?
  • What the hell is the matter with you asking me such a ridiculous question?
  • This question disgusts me and messes with the fabric of reality.
A chapter could be included which deals with interactions with the Mods and further ones on random ideas, questionable facts and false hope.

Wario Loaf : 6 years of madness you won't believe.

Sure as hell not me.

MarkS 14 May 2013 15:58

Actually, Caryl is a very kind and positive person and that's what I love about her. I have traveled to many shows with her, and hope to do so again.

It's nice to attend shows with someone so positive because dont have analyze every nanosecond of audio that they here.

I'm sure you were just trying to be cute with this little thread, but it seems a bit out of line

She's a lovely woman and I hope my reply didn't come across as sarcastic because I actually meant it! She's so positive, with reading her words it'd be impossible to feel down :-)

Thanks Mark :-) I'm sure Chris was well intentioned .. a bit like his polls ;) Just a bit of off-topic fun I guess. But when it provokes rather baldly expressed comments like:

Quote:

Sure as hell not me.
.. it kind of fails :|

Funny really. So often people post their songs, their singing, their artwork on here. I never feel the need to say it's poor, even if that might sometimes be my reaction. But that's perhaps the point .. and indeed the difference ;) Clearly opposites don't attract ;)

And thanks Stretch ;) And it didn't come across as sarcastic at all Kathy :-) Thank you too.

Caryl

If by creating this thread you are suggesting that you find Caryl's posts interesting and worth reading then I won't disagree with you. :D

I always like reading Caryl's reviews of Meat's shows and appearances and whilst some people may question the amount of positivity within them, I feel that this is a genuine reflection of what the show or TV appearance was in her perception. As a Meat fan, I like to hear that he has given people something they have thoroughly enjoyed and using the example of her reviews of concerts, has increaded my own excitement for the shows I was going to see.

Exactly this is just off topic fun and I mean the upmost respect to Caryl, who I also think is very kind.

Even if everyday for 6 years Ive pretty much made her go "wtf" :))

Won't argue with the first  .. and can't really argue the second, although perhaps not every day :lmao:

Oh .. and any proceeds from the Kindle to The Painted Turtle of course ;):-)
