Midnight At The Lost And Found is now 30 years old
 

...and 4 days. It was released on 01/05/1983. I'm sure it isn't anyone's favourite Meat Loaf album, but it's still a milestone worth mentioning.

Oddly enough we have it in the car at the moment :) I adore Promised land it's good fun

I enjoy the songs but not necessarily the production on it. I think MATLAF amongst others is an amazing track that deserved a better production & backing track than it got on the album

Midnight's OK.

Absolutely adore Priscilla, Promised Land, If You Really Want to, and the title track.

I've always had a soft spot for Razor's Edge and If You Really Want To, and Midnight itself is a ~~~~ing awesome song live, but the rest hasn't ever done much for me at all. I don't think I've even managed to force myself to listen to the whole album front to back, ever...this seems like a good time to finally get around to doing that! It's been a while since my last attempt :D

EDIT: It's better than I remembered. How kickass is Keep Driving? :D

I love FALLEN ANGEL and KEEP DRIVING. theyre fun songs and razors edge is cool too

I actually quite like that track too. Keep Driving is meh to me.

I don't like "Wolf At Your Door" ... I love it:!: To me - this is the best song :cool: from the album.

I also very like : "Razor's Edge", "If You Really Want To":up: (it has cool video - Meat is vampire hunter :-)) and "Fallen Angel".

On the other hand - "Priscilla" ... I don't say I don't like it (in fact - it's quite good), but simply it's not my favorite.


To sum up: my feelings about this album gets warmer every time I hear it.

PS. Today "Midnight At The Lost And Found" is on 8 position in my private ranking of Meat's albums (ex equo with "Bat Out Of Hell' and before "Couldn't Have Said It Better" and "Blind Before I Stop").
