31 Years Ago today i attend my first Meat Loaf show at the Birmingham NEC, April 24th 1982, i will never forget it, I am really hoping for some US dates soon....any one know when/if he is playing over here?

Last I heard it was a case of "watch this space" for US dates. The run in Vegas seemed to be getting longer every time it was mentioned and I can't see Meat not doing other US shows.

Meat has said on his FB page that he's planning on doing some shows in the US in July, but we're still waiting for the confirmed dates :-)
Then he's doing the 4 weeks in Las Vegas later on in the fall.

Yeah i've heard the same, he also mentioned a second vegas run in 2014 I think. Looks like I may be travelling further to see them than I thought heheh

Wowzer! I spent last Friday (April 26th) banging on about it being 17 years since my first, doesn't seem as huge now! :lol:

It's only been nearly 2 years since my first Meat concert lol.... I like to think I'm making up for it now :)

It's the only way to do it Mel! I was too young to do lots of shows so have spent the past 6 years seriously making up for it!

Speaking of which, if HSBC call, I was not here, and you don't know where Andy is either!

At this moment I haven't been paid for a week as I'm out of paid leave, but my car payment, health insurance etc still comes out.... so I'm not here either!!

Its been 14 years since my first Meat Loaf concert I still have a lot of catching up to do... but don't see that happening really glad I got the chance to see him live 7 times over the 14 years and meeting him twice.

If I managed to get the cash together I'm hoping to go to Vegas and see him so many shows in vegas I'd like to see.

It's been 4 and a half ish years since my first concert; since that time I've been too 3 concerts (one being a Meat and Greet) and 2 signing so I have a 3:3 ratio he'll have to do another signing/meet up with me somehow after Newbury so I can keep it going :D
