What do you think makes the best lyric? Sex drums and rock n roll, or sex drugs n rock n roll?

I prefer drums.
It just sounds more original and fresh.
A clever play on words.
Much more Steinmanesque IMHO.

id like to hear the orginal version where meat said drugs. it sounds too censored to me like forget you or the clean version of Payphone by Maroon 5. it doesnt even make sense

same thing goes for "shit" being replaced with "spit" on IJWQ and "I dont give a Damn" is an obvious overdub on louder for possibly the f word or shit as well.

I agree. "Drums" is surprising, and there already is a song called Sex And Drugs And Rock And Roll. I like hearing the unexpected.

I saw a t shirt the other day that said "sex and drums and sausage rolls" lol. Wouldn't have sounded as good in the song though.
